You'll probably mistake her for a kitten! As soon as they scamper away from their jingle ball or fuzzy mice, she steps in and takes over where they left off, batting the toys about the room and chasing them with reckless abandon. She must think she's just another one of the kittens! When she isn't wide-eyed and energized with toys on the brain, Pearl is a perfect lady with a gentle disposition, gives soft nudges, and displays impeccible manners. She really enjoys stretching and scratching on cardboard, she's meticulous about post-dinner grooming, and never forgets to purr when you cradle her in your arms. She was rescued and LDCRF volunteers realized she needed several teeth pulled after noticing her drooling and getting her examined by a vet. You wouldn't have known she was in any pain because she was just so friendly. After her tooth extractions, if possible, she is even sweeter and friendlier. She has a good appetite and no problem eating. She loves to be near you and relishes affection - giving and getting it!
